Jersey Ex-Pats

Everywhere I go in Georgia, I meet people from New Jersey. I’ve met more Jersey ex-pats here than in Philadelphia, New York or Northern Virginia. I’ve decided to keep a running list of my Gardern State brethren, just in case I ever need a ride up north.

Kim Burns Wallace went to the same high school as me in Freehold, NJ. Her husband Mark is from Howard Beach, NY. Our families, including my sister and her boyfriend (both from Jersey) spent a lovely evening together the day after Christmas.

I had a large UPS order yesterday that required lots of packaging assistance. My UPS rep was from North Plainfield, NJ!

Perhaps the best looking Jersey ex-pat couple, my neighbors Steve and Jamie are from Little Falls and Wayne, NJ, respectively. Fine, fine people.

Michelle lives diagonally across the street from me and is the most hospitable person you’ll meet. She’s from Parsippany, NJ. And for some reason, we can’t seem to get a pic that isn’t blurry or otherwise jacked up. Stay tuned for an update… though I look pretty good blurry…
